Our Departments

New Gen Maryland is organized into four cohesive departments that together promote increased worship, tend to the members and provide leadership support to the various ministries.

Pastoral Department.

The mission of the Pastoral Department is to promote fellowship and spiritual growth in the branch and provide leadership in increasing membership of the branch.

Educational Department.

The mission of the Education Department is to lead the branch in planning, implementing and evaluating a comprehensive program of Christian education, and to coordinate the dissemination of branch messages and teachings.

Worship & Protocol Department.

The mission of the Worship and Branch Protocol Department is to organize Praise and Worship in the branch and oversee the conduct of worship and performing arts activities.

Administrative Department.

The Administration Department is responsible for the day—to—day running of the branch and oversees the administration of branch resources, including the members, finance, building and facilities, and personnel.
